Black cumin is a plant whose properties were already appreciated in Ancient Egypt. It was used as a spice and medicinal plant. Its seeds are mainly used, which are characterized by a sharp, spicy flavour and black colour.

Black seed is a source of protein and dietary fibre.

Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass and the maintenance of proper bone condition.

Ingredients: Organic dried black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa) 100%.

Country of origin - Egypt.

Preparation method: mix 1 teaspoon (4 g) of the product with 200 ml of yogurt or add it as an ingredient in soups, salads, desserts and pastries.

Suggested daily dose for consumption during the day: 1-2 teaspoons. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
