Description
Chia or Spanish sage is a plant native to Central and South America. It was cultivated by the Aztecs already in pre-Columbian times. It is known and appreciated all over the world for its seeds, which contain many valuable values, vitamins and minerals.
Preparation method: Pour water, milk, juice over the chia seeds, add to your smoothie or shake - wait until the seeds are soaked and swollen. Chia can also be added as an ingredient in soups, salads, desserts and pastries.
