Ingredients: MCT oil from coconut (60% caprylic acid), capsule ingredients: gelatin, humectant - glycerol, water.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 2 times a day during meals. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.

Caprylic acid belongs to MCT (medium chain triglycerides), i.e. saturated fatty acids with an average carbon chain length: from 6 to 10 carbon atoms. Caprylic acid contains 8 carbon atoms (C8).

Like all fats, MCT is characterized by a simpler digestion and absorption process than other types of fats: it does not require the participation of bile and lipase, it is absorbed directly into the bloodstream, so it can be a source of quickly available energy.

Aliness caprylic acid is obtained from coconut oil, which is naturally rich in this ingredient.
