Country of origin: Peru.
Caffeine is extracted from the beans used for our coffee using water, so it can maintain its ecological quality. This process takes place before the beans are roasted, so it does not significantly affect the taste of the drink.
The caffeine content: in the dry matter of Ecoblik Peru decaffeinated coffee beans is <0.1%.
This minimal caffeine content in the product has little effect on the human body. People sensitive to caffeine no longer have to give up a cup of coffee and deprive themselves of the taste of coffee, but can choose decaffeinated coffee, which is becoming more and more popular among consumers.
Organic coffee from Peru comes from the areas located on the eastern slopes of the Andes. The humid equatorial climate mixes there with cold and dry mountain influences. Coffee in Peru is grown at an altitude of 1,000 - 1,800 m above sea level, where the soil is very fertile. It is characterized by a strong aroma. It wonderfully combines sweet mildness with citrus, delicate acidity, and additionally delights with nutty and chocolate tones. A delicate but deep body is also noticeable.
