Dandelion is one of the most recognizable herbs in Poland, considered a common plant in our country. It is also found almost throughout Europe, North Africa and parts of Asia. Commonly called dandelion, the dandelion actually had many other regional and folk names. It is an edible, melliferous and fodder plant. 

Ingredients: Organic dandelion flower 100%.

Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.

The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. 

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
