Assam black tea comes from Northeast India, more precisely from the province of the same name. This sunny Indian region is famous for the production of exquisite tea blends and is one of the largest in the world in this respect.

Assam tea is of very high quality. It has an unusual aroma and a rich, easily recognizable taste. Its taste has a pleasant tartness and intensity. It owes these features to a high concentration of plant compounds - tannins. So it is worth tasting Assam and savour its rich flavour notes. The tea has a pleasant aroma and, due to its pure, burgundy colour, looks beautiful in the cup.

Thanks to its distinctive taste, it effectively stimulates and adds energy - hence it is especially recommended in the morning. It's the perfect tea to start a successful day and a great proposition for tea lovers who like expressive flavour notes. It also tastes great with milk and brown sugar.

A method of preparing: 

To obtain a strong, expressive infusion, it is recommended to pour 1 teaspoon of Assam Tea into a 200 ml cup. Then pour the leaves with hot, but not boiling water - preferably at a temperature of 95-96oC. Brew the infusion covered for about 3 minutes, then strain and enjoy a cup of excellent tea!
