The book The power of the heart and healthy habits is a modern version of the fairy tale about Hansel and Gretel. The title characters delve into a dense forest. Here they see a chocolate hut and, like children, immediately break off pieces of it. As is the case with a witch, they are imprisoned immediately. Hansel and Małgosia watch her habits every day. They are critical of her addiction to computer games, lack of hygiene and unhealthy eating. Soon the children befriend the witch and begin to educate her. The advice they give her will also successfully serve young readers.

In addition, the booklet has been enriched with the addition "Remember!". It contains ideas intended for immediate application in everyday life: proper body posture, mandatory cleaning and hygiene activities, healthy food products, sport.

The advantage of the publication are beautiful hand-made illustrations by Agata Przewieźlik. Large, colorful and funny pictures are adequate to the content conveyed, thus making it easier to remember them. Agata Przewieźlik has been running drawing courses for children and adults for years. In preparing the illustrations, she used her experience of working with children.

The Power of the Heart is another excellent read for all children. Parents will find educational help in it, and teachers of younger grades of primary school - didactic help. Using the advice contained in it will be useful for everyone, as it will result in a quick improvement in health.
