Ingredients: Choline, Pantothenic Acid (Calcium D-Pantothenate), Thiamin (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Niacin (Nicotinic Acid), Inositol, P-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA), Microcrystalline Cellulose (bulking agent), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Biotin (D-biotin). Coating ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
