Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Coating ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) - Vcaps® capsule.
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

There are various chemical forms of vitamin B12 on the market that can be used in food, e.g. cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin is the most popular form of B12 available in food supplements, but vitamin B12 in the chemical form METHYLCOBALAMIN is the most active form. Methylcobalamin is best absorbed, because it does not have to be converted into the methyl form in the body, like the popular cyanocobalamin on the market.
